The Armorial Register - International Register of Arms (formerly Burke’s Peerage & Gentry International Register of Arms) proudly presents their register of armorial families; The Register includes the rationale and history behind the use and design of featured coats of arms along with the family biographies of the bearers. This fully illustrated record of contemporary Coats of Arms used internationally is permanently displayed on our website and forms the basis of the series of prestigious works in book form known as The International Register of Arms.  Volume 1 has already been published and entries are now being taken for Volume 2 which will be published under the now well established brand of The Armorial Register.

Armorial Bearings (Coats of Arms) play an important part in the records of many families. Because heraldry represents a particular person, or family, it is an integral part of family history (genealogy) and is therefore one of the most researched topics on the internet today.

Announcement 

We are pleased to announce that Volume 1, Burke's Peerage & Gentry International Register of Arms,.is now available for sale in the Armorial Shop This fully illustrated record of contemporary Coats of Arms used internationally is now published in A4 (297 x 210 mm) size hardback with 206 pages and 226 full colour images. The cover has been especially designed to reflect the Burke's stable.

All registrations now being accepted for The Armorial Register - International Register of Arms Online Armorial (the Register), will be included in the future publication of Volume 2.

Volume 2 of The Register will be a matching book to the recently published Volume 1. building a fully illustrated record of contemporary Coats of Arms used internationally.
