The directors of The Armorial Register Limited, publishers of The International Register of Arms, are pleased to announce the formation of The Register of Feudal Lords and Barons of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

All armigers with existing registrations in The International Register of Arms prior to the 20th January 2013 who qualify for an entry in the new register will be recorded in it automatically.

New applicants to The Register of Feudal Lords and Barons of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will receive:

1.

Armorial bearings recorded in The Register of Feudal Lords and Barons of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (On-line and Book).

2.

Armorial bearings recorded in The International Register of Arms (On-line and Book).

3.

Certificate recording the entry in The Register of Feudal Lords and Barons of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

4.

The British Library UK Web Archive http://www.webarchive.org.uk will archive the website, approximately twice every year thus ensuring that your record will be securely archived.

5.

All entries to The Register will be collated and published in the prestigious book The International Register of Arms and copies will be deposited in The British Library and other libraries on request.

6.

Once sufficient entries have been received in The Register of Feudal Lords and Barons of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland it will be the intention of the publishers to produce a specific book exclusively showcasing the armorial bearings of the registrants. This too will be deposited in the relevant public libraries.

Following the link to the registration form below will take you to the application form. If you take a look at one of the already existing armorial records found in our Feudal Lords & Barons Register you will gain an understanding of the type of information required for the form.

During this procedure you will be asked to upload the required image of your Coat of Arms in a certain size and format (JPG, GIF, or BMP.) After submitting the form you will be automatically taken to the payments page. Payment details can be found at the foot of this page. Should you encounter any problems during this process please do not hesitate to contact us.

Qualifications for entry to The Register of Feudal Lords and Barons of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland are subject to the verification of ownership of either a Manor or Scottish Barony. The Armorial Register Ltd. will accept proof of ownership of a Manor from The Manorial Society of Great Britain (or upon receipt of a solicitor’s letter with proof of conveyance) and proof of a baronial dignity from The Lord Lyon or upon proof of registration of the dignity in the Scottish Barony Register. For an introductory period The Armorial Register Limited will be offering a 25%* discount to applicants who can satisfy the Editor that they are in right of the claimed dignity.
