The Badge of Dr. Chad Michael Krouse

The arms were devised by the armiger in 2014. The main charge, the cross of Saint Chad, refers to the armiger's patron saint, St. Chad of Litchfield, and his pursuit of religious studies. The dogwood flowers (Cornus Florida) are from the state flower of Virginia. The barry wavy lines represent the waters where the armiger and his family enjoy many hours of fishing in the states of both Virginia and West Virginia.

The crest ties together the armiger's shared state connection, as the Northern Cardinal (Cardinalis Cardinalis) is the state bird in both states. The Madonna lilly (Lilium Candidum) in the crest represents the armiger's devotion to Our Lady of Walsingham. Finally, the motto honours the armiger's German heritage with the sentiment of making right things in his life.
