The Arms of Vladimir Matevski

The Armiger was born in Valjevo, Serbia, on the 16th March 1969 and works as a professional journalist.

The unicorn on the arms represents a symbol of power, bravery and purity, and it is winged as a reminder of the Family's Patron Saint (Slava) – Saint Archangel Michael.

The motto has the same significance since it is borrowed from the troparion to Saint Archangel Michael.

The Sun of Vergina alludes to the region in Macedonia where the Armiger’s ancestors came from.

The key and sword in the crest represents Saint Apostles Peter and Paul, Patron Saints of the Parish Church where the maternal ancestors of the Matevski family have been Christened for generations.

The Heraldic Heirs to these arms are the Armiger’s son - Aleksandar V. Matevski and daughter - Mina V. Matevska.
