Arms:  Argent; a fess Gules surmounted by a double headed Eagle displayed Sable armed and membered Gules clawed and each head crowned Or on its breast two Keys saltire-wise wards outwards and upwards Or behind an open Book proper charged with the Roman letters IHS Sable; on a Chief Azure, three Fleur-de-Lis Or.

Crest: Issuing from a Coronet Or; a double-headed Eagle displayed Sable armed and membered Gules clawed and each head crowned Or holding in the dexter claw a Sword Argent hilted and pommelled Or in the sinister claw a Book open proper charged with the Roman letters IHS Sable.

Motto: Ad Mortem, Credo

Registration: July 9, 2001: Certification of Arms by H.E. Don Vicente de Cadenas y Vicent, Cronista Rey de Armas and Registered with Royal Ministry of Justice, Kingdom of Spain.

Further Registration: November 25, 2003: Certification of Arms as a "Caballero" by H.E. Don Alfonso de Ceballas-Escalera y Gila, Marques de la Floresta, Cronista de Armas de Castilla y Leon, Kingdom of Spain.

A bishop of the Italian National Catholic Church and President of the Synod of Bishops of the Old Catholic Confederation, the Armiger is a direct descendant of Don Umberto Pio de Paulo dei Paolone, whose Arms were recognized in 1782 by S.M. Ferdinando I, King of the Two Sicilies (Italia) and first assumed the middle of the 12th century by Don Giovanni de Paulo, Barone del Regno di Napoli e Nobile di Sessa, under Guglielmo II, Norman King of Naples.

The Arms of His Grace Craig J. N. de Paulo

The Bishop is a Knight of the Order of Merit of the Royal House of Savoy of Italy and a Knight of Merit (of Honour) with Star of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St. George of the Royal House of Bourbon of the Two Sicilies (Kingdom of Spain).

His Grace is also Rector of the Collegium Augustinianum Graduate School of Philosophy and Theology and a recognized philosopher, theologian and patristic scholar. Bishop de Paulo is married to Catherine Conroy de Paulo, and they have one son, Christian de Paulo, the armigerís heir.
