The Arms of Matthew Pajares Yngson

The arms represent both countries the armiger is a citizen of and the colours of the piles issuant from base are colours taken from their respective flags. The countries, which are both tropical islands, are symbolized by the sun and the palm tree. The shaking hands represent the diplomatic work undertaken by the armiger, both as a commercial diplomat and a cultural ambassador. The Kalis showcases his deep respect and service for the royal heritage of the Sultanates in the Southern Philippines and Monarchism in general. The Order of the Knights of Rizal, pendant from the achievement, is the sole order of knighthood in the Philippines. The Order is created to honour and uphold the ideals of Philippine national hero José Rizal.

The armiger is the Lord of the Manor of Freckenham in the county of Suffolk, England and a national of both the Commonwealth of Dominica and the Republic of the Philippines. He is the 70th Feudal Lord of Freckenham and the first Lord of non-English decent in the 1100-year history of the Manor. His Lordship of the manor is duly recognized by Freckenham Parish Council and has been officially recorded on the London Gazette. He is a member of the Manorial Society of Great Britain and the International Monarchist League.

His competencies include technology, media, journalism, entertainment, philanthropy, diplomacy and cross-regional business experience. He is the Representative Councillor of the Caribbean ASEAN Council and the Executive Director and Envoy for Diplomatic Affairs of the Eastern Caribbean-Southeast Asia Chamber.

The armiger is an Ambassador of the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and Secretary General of the Royal and Hashemite Order of the Pearl of Sulu, the dynastic order of the Sultanate. As a holder of two offices of the Royal Sultanate, he was bestowed the lifetime title of "Datu Sadja" (The rough English translation of Datu Sadja is "Excellency"). Within the Sultanate, the title of Datu Sadja is considered to be the equivalent of a European Count. The rights of the present day customary titles are protected by a special law in the Philippines known as "The Indigenous Peoples Rights Act of 1997".

He was officially chosen as one of 80 participants from the 53 countries of the Commonwealth to take part in the 2018 Commonwealth CSC Leaders Programme. Furthermore, he was the only participant from Asia at the 2019 Caribbean Canada Emerging Leaders Dialogues'. Both programmes are exclusively part of His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conferences, first established in 1956 for selected leaders across the Commonwealth. The current President of the Commonwealth Study Conferences is Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, The Princess Royal.

The armiger is a Distinguished Companion of the Royal Order of the Pearl of Sulu, a Knight Commander of the Order of the Knights of Rizal, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society, an elected member of the Royal Institute of International Affairs, a supporter of the Royal Commonwealth Society, an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of Armigers of Spain, an Honorary Datu of the House of Baloi in Mindanao, Philippines and was awarded a “Medal for Outstanding Contributions and Efforts for Peace, Education and Cultural Diplomacy” by the Association of the Representatives of the subnational Kingdom of Bunyoro-Kitara in Uganda.
